Installation is the step at which the project becomes visible on site. A good installation, however, is more than hanging a screen on the wall. Mounting safety, cable concealment, network connection, device configuration and image calibration are completed together. If this work is rushed, the system works on day one and causes problems in the following weeks. We carry out installation faithfully to the design documentation and with respect for the business's working order. Especially in hotels and hospitals, quiet and planned work is essential.
Before mounting, our site teams check wall structure, power points and the data line. If there is a difference between the plan and the site, that difference is shared with the client and the solution is clarified. An unexpected niche, column or glass surface can change the screen position. Early communication prevents last-minute tension. Installation day should be an executed plan, not a surprise. This discipline directly affects delivery quality.
Once devices are physically in place, software and network settings are applied. Each screen is connected to the correct player, the correct playback group and the correct permission set. Image dropouts, audio levels, time sync and remote access are tested at this stage. It is not enough for one screen to work; the whole system must work together. That is why commissioning is treated as a whole-system test, not a parts test.
Calibration on video walls and LED surfaces requires particular care. Colour and brightness differences between modules catch the viewer's eye immediately. For a professional result, panel alignment, seams and image integrity are checked. On kiosks and touch systems, touch accuracy, kiosk mode and peripherals are tested. Each product family has its own handover criteria. We put these criteria in writing and apply them on site.
Commissioning is done with the business's actual content. Live templates and sample playback are used whenever possible, rather than test patterns. The client then sees the system in a state close to their own work. A missing logo area, wrong resolution or a cut-off video is corrected at this stage. The handover record is for a verified system, not a working shop window. This record also becomes the reference for later support.
When installation is complete, the system is ready for use, cables are secure and management access is defined. The operations team knows where the screens are, how they are managed and whom to contact. This clarity determines the project's success on site. Our installation and commissioning service is the most critical bridge that turns design into reality. For Zenith, handover is not the moment the work ends; it is the moment the system starts running with confidence.
